No, we did not forget about the non-regular users, we have a one-off services (javascript:void(0))website section.
No, the time next to the service name tells you how many hours your booking is worth. Example, Mix & Master is equivalent to 3 hours, meaning if you booked one at 12:00 your slot duration would be from 12:00 - 15:00. This does not mean your song would be Mixed and Mastered by 15:00, it's simply a timestamp to help us stay organised and avoid lots of bookings in one day. Once you book a slot no one else can book the same hours. Make sure you're in there quick before the day gets fully booked, but don't worry about it too much as there is a whole calendar and plenty time slots to book from.
Currently the quickest way you can change your password is by logging out, then click log in, once the log in page pops up, click on 'Forgot password'. A 'create new password' page will show up, enter your email. Create a new password by clicking the link sent to your email.

When purchasing a monthly plan (javascript:void(0))from us, you get a unique discount code which you can use unlimited times. This comes in very handy once you've used up all your monthly sessions, as you're still able to use our services from our one-off services (javascript:void(0))page at a discounted price using your unique code. The discount code can also be shared with family and friends. Please note, If you decide to cancel your monthly plan, your discount code will also be deactivated.
The discount percentage varies depending on which monthly plan you decide to go ahead with.

There is a 3 month agreement on all our monthly plans, therefore a member can only cancel their subscription after 3 months starting from the first payment date. If you wish to leave us after the 3 month period, let us know by contacting us via our Live Chat Support (javascript:void(0))page or email: info.melodiclink@gmail.com
When you decide to join us, you are agreeing to a 3 month deal, therefore you are only able to cancel your subscription after 3 months starting from your first payment date.
We know that email notifications can be inconvenient if you don't wish to receive them. We made it easy to manage which emails you would like to receive, these can be adjusted from your profile settings.(https://www.claudiomarques.co.uk/account/settings)
Once we finalise your track we'll send you an email to let you know, we'll also attach the song to the email so you can download it right away. When booking you will also be asked to enter your phone number so that we can text you to let you know once your song has been finalised, you'll still receive an email regardless.
Don't worry, this should not happen as the calendar you see represents one mixing engineer. If the engineer starts to get a lot of bookings, we'll make an extra mixing engineer available on the calendar to choose from. We are constantly looking for talented mixing engineers to join the team therefore we'll always have enough engineers to accomodate all bookings made. If we fail to deliver we'll refund you right away, contact us.
Once we receive your files, we aim to finalise your track within 2 to 5 working days depending on how many bookings we have on our waiting list.

We will give out refunds if we feel the customer has a valid complaint.
If your song is already Mixed and you've submitted it to be Mastered, you'll receive it back within 1 to 3 working days. In most cases you'll receive it on the same day.
Absolutely not, we Mix & Master any track in any genre.
