      Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. This will include a purchase confirmation document — please keep this safe, as it can be used as proof of purchase if needed during the process.

    • We’ll Contact You to Arrange File Transfer
      A member of our team will then get in touch to agree on the best method for sending your track stems. We’re flexible and accept various options — but we highly recommend using WeTransfer for a smooth and secure upload.

    • Prepare and Send Your Stems
      You’ll need to compress a folder containing all your WAV stems into a .zip or .RAR file before sending. Make sure everything is clearly labelled and well-organised — this helps us deliver the highest quality result.

    • Mixing & Mastering Begins
      Once we’ve received your files, we’ll begin working on your track. Our engineers will professionally mix and master your audio to industry standard, ensuring your music is polished, balanced, and ready for release.

    • Delivery & Feedback
