Monthly Plan/Cancellation


There is a 3 month agreement on all of our monthly subscriptions. Melodic Link is not obliged to cancel or reimburse any member during the first 3 months of the agreement, unless we fail to deliver what is stated on our pricing page. After the first 3 months we continue to deliver our services as well as taking payments. Cancellations can easily be done by using our Live Chat Support or by reaching out via our email, should a member wish to terminate their subscription.




Your Assets & Your Permissions


When using Melodic Link to get your tracks Mixed & Mastered, you provide us with your files, content, configuration settings, Metadata and so on ("Your Assets"). Your Assets are always yours. The terms of this Agreement don't give us any rights to Your Assets except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services. Melodic Link aims to start sharing the music we Mix & Master on our official SoundCloud page as our portfolio. We will need your permission to do things like sharing ("Your Assets") therefore we will not share your music without your consent, we will contact you directly whenever we wish to share your song.




Pricing


We work for independent musicians and creators. Our pricing aims to be affordable to allow as many independent creators to use our Services. You can upgrade your privileges and add paid features to your account (turning your account into a "Paid”, “Premium” Account). Please refer to the Melodic Link website for all details regarding subscription plans for our Services and for further details relating to upgrades, downgrades, billing, refunds, and changes to Paid accounts.




Copyright and Intellectual Property


When joining us, we expect you to comply with the basic copyright rules. We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do the same. You are not allowed to upload or otherwise use on our Services any content, including any audio files, samples or Recordings, for which you do not own all necessary intellectual property rights, unless you have the express written consent from all persons owning the intellectual property rights in the content. Failing to follow the copyright rules will result in us suspending or terminating your account. You will also be liable for any court costs and counsel fees connected to your violation of someone's copyright.




Refunds


If you feel we've failed to deliver what we have promised, please contact us via our Live Chat Support or by emailing us at info.melodiclink@gmail.com We will give out refunds if we feel the customer has a valid complaint.




Your Privacy


We take your privacy very serious. Although we collect information from you such as first name, last name, email address, phone number and your payment information, we want to assure you that we only use these for their sole purpose. Your information is needed to: - Create your account - Upgrade or start a monthly plan - Give us an easy way of contacting you in regards to the progress of the service you've booked. You can rest assured, we strictly use your “Personal Information” (i.e. information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you) to provide the Services.
